Base soup: Pour 2 liters of water into the pot, first soak the kombu in the water for 5-10 minutes, then add the radish, onion and green onion into the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat. Wash all vegetables, cut chrysanthemum and lettuce into 10cm pieces; cut potatoes (as thin as possible to make them easier to cook) and tofu into slices; tear Chinese cabbage into pieces; cut kelp into pieces; remove the roots of enoki mushrooms. Except for the crystal powder, arrange the other ingredients neatly in the pot, sprinkle some green onion slices, and pour the base soup.
