Leek box
Overview
I like leeks as stuffing. Whether it is leeks, pie, or added with minced meat or eggs, it is always tender and delicious. This time I tried it in a box, it was crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside, very tempting. Ingredients: 250g flour, 180g leeks, 2 eggs. Ingredients: 125ML boiling water, 30ML cold water, appropriate amounts of rice vinegar, refined salt, and cooking oil.
