Homemade chives and tofu, perfect for rice
Overview
Tofu is a soybean food that can provide high-quality plant protein and is essential for the daily nutrition required by the human body. The Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents recommend that each person should eat 30 to 50 grams of soy products every day. My family all loves tofu, so tofu has become one of my must-have dishes every week.
