Soak dried bracken in warm water and set aside

Put the marinade into the pot and start to braise the meat. Do not add salt. It will take about 1 hour. First, simmer over high heat, then low heat. Remove and set aside. You can freely use the brazing method. Don’t be too salty

Cut the dried bracken and braised pork into pieces and set aside. Slice the braised pork into slices and cut the dried tofu into strips

Cut the cabbage, prepare bean paste, vermicelli, green onions

Put a little oil in the pot, add the bean paste and green onions and stir-fry, stir-fry the garlic sprouts for a better aroma

Add braised pork and stir-fry, then add cooking wine and light soy sauce

Add bracken and stir-fry for a while, add water or stewed soup and simmer

Add vermicelli and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add oyster sauce and salt

Add the crispy meatballs, cabbage, and dried tofu, and simmer for about 3 minutes to see if the vermicelli is cooked through (the crispy meatballs will be harder to fry if they are fried)
