  2. Cut the beans into shreds and wash them several times until the water becomes clear. This way the shredded potatoes are more delicious.

  4. Heat oil in a hot pan and sauté the ingredients first until fragrant, then stir-fry the pickled ginger and pickled peppers first. Mainly to bring out the sour taste.
