Raw materials: potato, sour ginger, pickled pepper, green sea pepper

Cut the beans into shreds and wash them several times until the water becomes clear. This way the shredded potatoes are more delicious.

Heat oil in a hot pan and sauté the ingredients first until fragrant, then stir-fry the pickled ginger and pickled peppers first. Mainly to bring out the sour taste.
