Spinach Pancakes
Overview
I really like the all-in-one egg pancake. Adding some seasonal vegetables to the egg pancake is both delicious and nutritious. Pancakes made of spinach, carrots, eggs, wheat flour, and corn flour are very delicious in taste and texture. Eating only pancakes for one meal is nutritious and delicious.

Wash and chop carrots.

Pick and wash the spinach, blanch it in a pot, then remove and drain the water.

Add wheat flour, corn flour, salt, and white pepper to the container.
