Babao hot sauce is a traditional delicacy in Shanghai and one of the most popular home-cooked dishes. It is bright in color, fragrant, slightly spicy, slightly salty and appetizing. It’s a good choice to make some or serve with some porridge, or cook a bowl of noodles and stir-fry some spicy sauce as a topping, or make some pancakes and wrap them up! !
