Stir-fried shrimps
Overview
Shrimp contains 20% protein and is also rich in essential amino acids, magnesium, potassium, iodine, phosphorus and other minerals, as well as vitamin A and other ingredients.

Wash the shrimps and set aside

Add the washed shrimps to salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, and pepper, stir well and set aside.

Prepare the ingredients (as shown in the picture)

Add a little salt, sugar, chicken essence, starch and water to the bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat until 50% hot.

Pour in the marinated shrimps and lightly fry them. Drain and set aside for later use.

Heat the oil in another pot and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic.

Add the ingredients and stir-fry, then pour in the fried shrimps and continue to stir-fry a few times. Pour in the prepared thickening sauce, stir-fry a few times and pour in sesame oil. Serve.
