Tomato Gnocchi
Overview
Although I don’t like to eat pasta very much, the occasional meal of tomato egg noodles, tomato gnocchi, etc. will really whet my appetite. Not to mention that the weather has been very hot recently. When I went shopping for groceries at around 8 o’clock in the morning, my clothes felt hot to my skin. I don’t know if any of you have been suffering from internal heat recently. I had a mouth full of blisters and it was so uncomfortable, so I could only have something light

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the required materials, the green vegetables can be replaced according to your own preferences
-
Cut the tomatoes into large chunks first, wash away the seeds and juice inside, because I don’t like it too much and think it’s too sour, then cut them into small dices
-
Cut everything and put it on a plate and set aside
-
Prepare a slightly larger bowl, break in three eggs, add a little salt, beat thoroughly, beat well and set aside
-
Wash the green vegetables and cut them into small shreds. Try to choose tender ones
-
Chop ginger and garlic into small pieces
-
Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil over low heat, pour the beaten egg liquid into the pot, stir it with chopsticks after it solidifies slightly
-
Then use a spatula to cut into small pieces. Be careful not to do this for too long, otherwise it will become old. Take it out and set aside
-
Put a little oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic and saute over low heat until fragrant
-
Add tomato pieces
-
Add a little tomato sauce to taste
-
Add the scrambled egg cubes and stir-fry evenly. Add a little salt. I made more, so I took half out and left half in the pot
-
Add a little hot water to the pot
-
Prepare a slightly larger bowl with a flat bottom and add a little flour
-
Turn the tap water to a minimum and let the water form a thin line. Then put the bowl of flour underneath and use chopsticks to stir it up into small lumps. That's it. Don't keep it under the water, otherwise there will be too much water and it will become a paste
-
After the tomato soup is boiled, add the prepared lumps. After boiling for a while, stir it with chopsticks to avoid burning the pot
-
Add the shredded green vegetables
-
Add a little chicken powder, sesame oil to taste, and finally add a little water starch, cook for a while and it's ready to serve
-
The color is nice
-
In this summer when you have no appetite, it is simple and easy to serve a bowl, and your appetite will be whetted in an instant
