Stir-fried Wing Roots
Overview
There are many ways to cook chicken wing roots, including stir-frying and adding chili pepper, which is quite easy. The finished product is crispy, delicious and brightly colored.

Chop one wing root into two pieces, chop all the wing roots

Boil the wing roots in a pot under cold water to remove the blood
