Steamed beans
Overview
I made a bottle of garlic oil a few days ago, which is really a good helper in summer. It is indispensable for making cold dishes and noodles. Today I checked the refrigerator and found that the long beans I bought a few days ago are a bit old. I added flour, mixed well, steamed them in a steamer, mixed with garlic oil and various seasonings, and recalled the past while eating... When I was a child, my dad loved to make steamed long beans. He could eat three big bowls of them with garlic juice and various seasonings. Because I don’t like to eat raw garlic, my dad would fry minced garlic and millet pepper and add steamed beans until fragrant, so that I could eat three small bowls. At that time, I really admired my dad. He always found ways to make me and my brothers and sisters eat. Now that I am a mother, it is even worse than my dad.
