Wash and drain the cabbage and cut into slices.

Chop onion, ginger and pepper and set aside.

Cut the frozen tofu into small pieces.

Remove the meat from the oysters and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry.

Add frozen tofu and stir-fry for a while.

Add the very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add enough water to simmer.

When the soup is almost dry, add the oyster meat and stir-fry.

Finally add salt and mix thoroughly.
