Braised tofu with big head fish
Overview
Bighead fish is a kind of sea fish. It is called bighead fish in our local area, and we don’t know its scientific name. Bighead fish has thick meat, garlic clove meat, few spines, and is very tender. We usually like to stew it with tofu. Very suitable for little babies to eat.

Remove the scales from the bighead fish and wash the internal organs.

Chop the fish into chunks.

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

Heat oil in pan and add fish pieces.

Stir fry until the fish pieces are cooked.

Add onion and ginger segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add vinegar, soy sauce and Maggi and saute until fragrant.

Add remaining seasonings and tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Bring to a boil over high heat, open the lid, and turn to medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
