Overview
Family portrait casserole, a must-have dish for our New Year’s Eve dinner, the casserole is very rich in ingredients! Pork skin, cabbage, fried fish, shrimp, winter bamboo shoots, quail eggs, bacon slices... There are also soybean sprouts, also called wishful vegetables, and egg dumplings, which are shaped like gold ingots, so they are a must!

Wash soybean sprouts

Wash and cut cabbage into sections

Soak the pork skin in advance and cut into small pieces, blanch the winter bamboo shoots and slice them

Prepare a pot of stock. If you don’t have it, use a thick soup stock. Cook until the soup stock melts. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt and bring to a boil.

Take a large casserole, put cabbage on the bottom, and add soybean sprouts
