-
Wash the beef and remove the fascia.
-
Cut beef into small pieces and mince.
-
Soak a bowl of onion, ginger, and pepper water before chopping the beef.
-
After mincing the beef, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, bean paste, pepper, sugar, salt, and cooking wine and mix well in one direction.
-
Add an appropriate amount of onion, ginger, and pepper water in batches, and beat vigorously in one direction.
-
Crush the tofu with a knife.
-
Stir the tofu into the ground beef.
-
Whip vigorously in one direction, add a few drops of sesame oil and a little MSG.
-
Form into meatballs.
-
Put oil in the pan and fry the meatballs. (It was originally fried, but I fried it to save oil)
-
Fry the meatballs until almost done. (You can make more meatballs at one time, freeze them and eat as you go)
-
Heat a small amount of oil in another pan and fry the radish cut into cubes for a while.
-
Add water to cover the radish and cook.
-
Cook until the radish is almost cooked, add the meatballs and cook for another 7-8 minutes, remove from the pan and sprinkle with coriander.
