Steps
-
So wash the ingredients. Cut the tofu, onions and carrots into cubes, slice the meat, shred the onion and ginger, and slice the garlic.
-
Because I bought skin-on tenderloin, the fat meat was minced and refined. If you like to be fatter, exercise lighter.
-
After refining the oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry a few times, then add a spoonful and a half of soybean paste. (Remember to put the meat first and then the soybean paste, otherwise the oil will splash and you won’t be able to start)
-
Add carrots and onions and stir-fry until cooked through.
-
Add pork rib soup and bring to boil.
-
After boiling, pour in the tofu and a little light soy sauce.
-
Collect the juice and add chicken essence. (You can adjust the saltiness and sweetness at this time. Soybean paste is inherently salty, so you don’t need to add salt if you feel it is okay. If you don’t like onions and carrots too soft, you can add them here, and they will be crispier when stewed.)

You're done! (It doesn’t look good, but it tastes delicious)
