Dry roasted sole
Overview
I bought a very big plaice and cut it into two pieces, so one fish can be eaten by two. Steam and dry roast. The finished products are all delicious. Since my family is not very intolerant to spicy food, this dry-roasted sole is slightly spicy but tastes great and is suitable for the family.
