Black raisin dumplings
Overview
The baby likes to eat bread very much, so I make some bread for the baby for breakfast every now and then. Today I made black raisin dumplings, simple and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients,

Put all the ingredients and seasonings except black raisins and melon seeds into the bread bucket,

Mix well with chopsticks,

Press the fermentation button again to ferment until it is 2.5 times the original size,

Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into 6 small doughs, knead evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes,

Roll it into an oval shape, soak the black raisins, rinse and drain,
