Soak the beef brisket for an hour, soak in blood, clean, and cut into large pieces.

Soak the day lily in water until soft, then rinse with water repeatedly.

Place the beef in cold water and skim off the floating residue after the water boils.

Add the dry seasoning and start to simmer, simmer over low heat for half an hour.
