Peel off the outer skin of the lettuce, slice it into slices, and cut the lettuce leaves once. Wash and set aside.

Use half of the enoki mushrooms, cut off the old roots below, pick into small cells, wash and set aside.

Wash the tripe and cut it with a knife to make it easier to eat.

If the beef louver is too long, change it.

Cut the tofu fruit in half (I was so anxious that the photo was blurry😓)

Cut duck blood into thick slices.

Cut lunch meat into thick slices.

After boiling half a pot of water, add a piece of hot pot base. Stir continuously to dissolve completely.

Add in order: lettuce slices, enoki mushrooms, tofu fruit, lunch meat, duck blood, lettuce leaves, and finally add tripe and beef louvers before serving. Remember to add two tablespoons of salt to taste halfway through.
