Overview
I went back to my mother-in-law's house for the Spring Festival, and I was asked to cook this dish on the first day. Even though I am not a Northeastern silver cook, I made an authentic chicken stew with mushrooms under my mother-in-law's personal instruction, to paraphrase my Xiansen's original words.

Prepare the ingredients and soak the hazelnut mushrooms in warm water for two hours

Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, aniseed and cinnamon and saute until fragrant

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry over high heat
