A long time ago, I went to Daqinghua to eat the complimentary side dishes provided by the dumpling restaurant. The tender tofu pudding wrapped with the aroma of minced beef is still fresh in my memory

Wash and chop carrots and fungus. Chop green onion and ginger

Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce to the minced beef and mix well

Tear off the plastic wrap of the box of tofu and place it upside down in the container

Use a small spoon to scoop it into pieces, put it into a pot and steam it over high heat for 5 minutes

Heat the pan, add the oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger over low heat until fragrant

Add minced meat and stir-fry, add fungus and carrots, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, pepper powder and chicken powder to taste

Stir in water starch and pour in sesame oil

Pour off the excess water from the steamed tofu, pour the fried minced meat on top and serve. You can sprinkle a little chopped green onion at the end
