Overview
When I got home from get off work, I randomly collected a few ingredients in the refrigerator at home, including mushrooms, broccoli, tofu, and fresh fish balls sent by friends. They were all very healthy ingredients. I randomly combined them and simmered them in a simple way. In just five minutes, I made a very homely, light and delicious home-cooked stew, and it was served on the table. This is a quick mix-and-match meal. It is very simple to make, but nutritious.
