Relive the classic delicacy [Braised Pork Ribs]

This is also a dish that I basically don’t share at the table! After the New Year, this kind of braised dishes are rarely made. Blanch the pork ribs, wash and set aside

Heat a wok, pour oil, and add rock sugar
