Steps

  1. Shape into balls with your hands and put them into a bowl. Add some raisins on top and garnish with them

  2. Wash the black glutinous rice, add 200ml of water, put it into the rice cooker and press the cooking button

  3. Use a spoon to stir the rice during cooking so that the black glutinous rice can be cooked evenly

  4. Add sugar to the steamed black glutinous rice while it is still hot

  5. Add oil and mix well

  6. Mix well until the black glutinous rice becomes sticky
