Overview
Mi's dad likes to eat noodles, and Nami loves to eat rice. Fortunately, dad doesn't have lunch at home, otherwise it would be difficult to make lunch. During the break, in order to satisfy the stomachs of two people, I made noodles like this. Haha, they both loved it!

I peeled the shrimps from frozen shrimps, soaked them in salt water directly after peeling them, cut onions, green onions, ginger and red peppers into pieces, and beat the eggs. Boil water in a pot and prepare to cook noodles for a while.
