Soup: saute green onions, ginger slices and shrimp shells with sesame oil until fragrant, add 2 tablespoons of curry powder and 2 tablespoons of boiling water, stir and cook for 3 minutes, strain out and set aside

Open the back of the shrimp, cut the scallops in half with a checkered pattern knife, cut the squid into thin slices with a diagonal knife, cut the tofu into thick cubes, break off the broccoli into small florets and set aside

Pan-fried egg tofu with sesame oil

Add shredded ginger, scallions and soup and stir to cook

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to taste, add broccoli and stir-fry, then add seafood and stir-fry

Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of starch water to thicken the juice
