Soak the rice cakes in warm water for several hours, drain the water, fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides and set aside

Soak the pork ribs in water with bleeding water, wash them, drain the water, add ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and five-spice powder, mix well and marinate to taste

Heat the oil in a pan until it is about 50% hot, add the spareribs and fry until they change color, remove and drain
