Claypot rice (rice cooker version)

I want to eat claypot rice╭(╯ε╰)╮ If you don’t have a casserole, you can make it with a rice cooker!

Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour while preparing the ingredients: diced Cantonese sausage, diced wild rice, green beans, corn kernels, shredded shiitake mushrooms, diced potatoes, and fry in oil pan for later use (adjust to ingredients)

Mix dark soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, and sugar in a ratio of 2:3:1. Soak all the diced vegetables in the juice. Coat the rice cooker with oil. Add the soaked rice essence and cook for 15 minutes. When the rice inside is honeycomb-shaped, add diced vegetables, potatoes, and all the juice. Arrange the sausages, lightly drizzle a layer of sesame oil on the edges, and continue cooking. When the rice cooker jumps to the keep warm mode, add the chives. If you like crispy rice, turn it back to the cooking mode for 8 minutes or the keep warm mode for 15 minutes. If you don’t like it, just keep it on the keep warm mode for 5 minutes.
