Braised Beef Ribs
Overview
When I went to the vegetable market, I originally planned to buy some braised pork ribs, but when I saw the relatively rare beef ribs, I immediately changed my mind. This braised pork ribs is definitely better than the braised pork ribs. Let’s eat pork elbows another day!

Cut the beef ribs into small pieces and blanch them in a pot, skim off the floating bits and remove them for later use.

Prepare spice packets.

Put the spice packet into a casserole, add the beef ribs under cold water, bring to a boil over high heat for five minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer.

After an hour, add a small amount of salt. After an hour and a half, remove the ribs, put them in another pot, and add a little beef broth.

Add the pre-fried sugar color and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste.

After the steak is colored, reduce the soup and add a small amount of water starch to thicken the sauce.

Remove the braised beef ribs to a plate.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
