Exotic cuisine [Spanish paella]
Overview
Because it was so delicious, my family loved it, so I made it twice in a short time. This dish seems to have a lot of steps, but in fact it is not complicated. Those who are interested can choose good ingredients to add some exotic flavor to the family banquet

Press garlic into minced garlic

Slice Spanish chorizo and set aside

After the alcohol evaporates, pour in the broth. The rice should be completely immersed in the soup noodles. Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste

Cover, lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes without stirring, until most of the soup is absorbed by the rice grains. Spread all the seafood evenly on the rice

Sprinkle the green beans evenly, cover the pot and continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes, until the seafood is all cooked

Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley leaves and top with lemon
