Mustard braised clams

Clams have tender meat, delicious taste, high quality and low price. People like to cook, steam, stir-fry...all are very good cooking methods. Here I eat them with mustard and other seasonings, and the taste is also very good

Prepare fresh ingredients

Soak the clams in clean water with some salt and salad oil, then chop the ginger, garlic, pepper and coriander and set aside

Put the seasonings, ginger, garlic, and chili in the same bowl

Mix the seasonings evenly and set aside

Take a plate, put the soaked clams on it and put it in the steamer

Cover and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes

Steam the clams until the shell turns red and the mouth opens, then turn off the heat

Wait until the cooked clams cool down slightly, then pour in the previously prepared sauce (do not discard the juice from the steamed clams)

Cover all the mixed ingredients and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours

Wait until the flavor is absorbed and the ice is completely chilled, then take it out and serve

When eating, drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle some coriander to make it more delicious
