Overview
With the addition of black sesame seeds and shiitake mushrooms, the meatballs are more fragrant and nutritious. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are super delicious. You can also fry it in a frying pan, which will consume more oil.

Prepare the ingredients

Add minced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt to the minced meat and mix well
