Mushroom, walnut and chicken porridge
Overview
I usually eat plain and sweet porridge, and occasionally make salty porridge, which is actually quite delicious. The chicken is delicious, the walnuts are brain-tonifying, and it’s delicious and nutritious.

Prepare ingredients

Wash the rice and let it sit for 30 minutes, put it into the rice cooker, add water, and press the porridge button for 1 hour

Dice the mushrooms and marinate the chicken with cooking wine, salt and starch

After waiting for 30 minutes, add mushrooms and corn kernels

When there are 5 minutes left, add diced chicken

Add walnuts

Add salt

When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and a few drops of sesame oil
