Flavored Fish【Fresh Grilled Fish】
Overview
My husband loves to eat fish very much. All kinds of fish are always on the small dining table at home. They are steamed, braised, and fried in different ways. Let’s change the way we eat fish today, let’s have a flavorful grilled fish

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the fish, make a few cuts on the back; add slices of ginger and green onions, cooking wine, sea salt (other salts are also acceptable), and cumin and marinate for half an hour
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place onion slices, ginger slices and garlic cloves on the bottom
-
Brush the marinated fish with dark soy sauce and place it on the baking sheet
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the fish in and bake for 10 minutes
-
When done, turn the fish over and bake for another 5-10 minutes
-
While the fish is grilling, prepare the side dishes: peel and slice the lotus roots and potatoes, shred the onions, and cut the peppers into rings
-
Add oil to the pot, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, then add cumin and Sichuan peppercorns and sauté for a while
-
Add soybean paste and sweet noodle paste, stir well
-
Add water and cook for about 10 minutes
-
Add lotus root slices and potato slices into the pot, cover and cook for about 5 minutes
-
Add green and red peppers and stir-fry to reduce the juice
-
Grind in black pepper
-
Take out the grilled fish and cover the fish with the cooked side dishes and soup
-
Continue to put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. (When cooking, you should adjust the time according to the size and thickness of the fish. If you want to know whether the fish is cooked, use chopsticks to insert the thickest part of the fish on the back. If it can be inserted easily, it means the fish is cooked)
-
After baking, sprinkle green onions and coriander on the surface to enhance the aroma.
