Overview

I often like to look through magazines to find interesting dishes to cook. Suya has seen it many times. I think the Chinese people are incredible. I didn't feel anything during the cooking process. I always thought it was just a vegetarian dish wrapped in tofu skin. But when I took pictures after doing it, I felt it was amazing. Without looking carefully, I really thought it was cut into pieces from a duck. And it tastes really good.

  1. Materials are ready.

  2. Shred bamboo shoots, shred carrots, shred red and green peppers, shred mushrooms and set aside.

  3. Add oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded green and red pepper and stir-fry briefly.

  4. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder and other ingredients and stir well. Add shredded carrots, shredded bamboo shoots, and shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly before placing on a plate.
