Overview
Rice noodles with pork belly are made from alternately fat and lean pork belly. It is a representative of steamed vegetables. It is fat but not greasy, sweet and delicious, and you will never get tired of eating it

Soak the peppercorns and aniseed in hot water

Cut the pork belly into three millimeters thick, five centimeters wide and ten centimeters long

Put the rice in the wok and stir-fry until the rice is fragrant and brown.

Use a rolling pin to crush the fried rice; it should not be too crushed, as it will not absorb oil

Put the cut pork belly into a small pot, add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper and aniseed water, sweet noodle sauce, sesame oil, white sugar and fried rice noodles in order. Stir evenly, seal with plastic wrap and marinate for more than eight hours

After marinating, peel off the plastic wrap, pour an appropriate amount of hot water into the marinated meat, enough to cover the meat and rice noodles, and steam for two hours
