Overview
To mix beef with spicy sauce, mix the braised beef with Lee Kum Kee flavored black bean sauce. The professional taste is so simple. This dish is not difficult to make, as long as you choose the right ingredients. Choose beef shank meat, the texture can be a bit like QQ, but it is not so easy to buy, you can also use beef instead. Then there are the seasonings. Use Lee Kum Kee's flavored black bean sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to mix it up, and it will be very satisfying, even for novices. When stewing the beef, I also added Lee Kum Kee marinade to make the aroma better.

Prepare the required beef, ingredients, and seasonings.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add beef, ginger slices, green onion segments, star anise, cloves, cinnamon bark, tangerine peel and an appropriate amount of Lee Kum Kee brine, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
