Healthy homemade soaked duck feet

I accidentally saw a can of soaked claws in the supermarket and bought it. I couldn't put it down and wanted to eat it again, but I was afraid that it was unhygienic and had too many additives. So I took advantage of the New Year's Day holiday to buy duck feet and make a healthy and delicious spicy, sour and sweet soaked claws

Prepare ingredients

Boil water and put a few slices of ginger in the pot to remove the smell

After opening, put the duck feet in and blanch them for a while

Remove the duck feet, change the water, wash off the residual fat, put it in clean water and cook for another half an hour. Add star anise and ginger to the pot

Prepare seasoning

Put all seasonings (salt, vinegar, green and red pepper, garlic, ginger) into disposable plastic boxes
