Pot Stickers with Jiaogua, Egg and Shrimp

Peel four melon stalks and cut them into shreds. Only two of them were photographed here, and those two have become shreds

Beat the eggs in the wok

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour and knead it into a dough, let it rest for 30 minutes

Add the meat filling, the seasonings on the seasoning table and the shrimps together, add half a bowl of water in three times in between, each time to make the filling absorb as much water as possible, so that the filling will be extra moist and not dry
