Prepare raw materials;

Put edible alkali into a basin and use it to rub the pork belly;

Turn it over again, rub it, rinse it with clean water, and repeat the same process;

Add the washed Yin rice;

Cook until the rice blooms and the soup becomes thick, then add salt and pepper to taste;

Cook for another two minutes, scoop into a small bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
