Yesterday, I went out with my classmates for a whole day. After watching a movie, I also had a cup of ice cream in the evening. Although it satisfied my appetite, the coldness in my stomach was really uncomfortable, so when I came back, I cooked some pumpkin and grain porridge to warm our stomachs together~

Prepare brown rice, oats, gorgon seeds and barley and rinse them with water.
