Kuaishou Bolognese Rice Potato Burger
Overview
Taiwanese pork rice, which is popular in the streets, is indeed delicious. However, it takes a lot of time to make delicious braised pork. Today Dabao said he wanted to eat braised pork rice. It was twelve o'clock when I got home after picking him up from extracurricular classes, and there was no braised pork rice store near my house. I opened the refrigerator and looked at the ingredients at home, and an idea came to me, yes! Just make him a copycat version of Kuaishou.

Steps
-
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them in a pot over high heat. Place the eggs on the bottom of the steamer to cook.
-
Now let’s prepare the ingredients. Dice the meat and marinate it with a little soy sauce and cooking wine, add an appropriate amount of peas (I used frozen ones in summer), dice three mushrooms and dice the carrots. Slice garlic and onion.
-
Sauté onions and garlic in appropriate amount of oil in the pot.
-
Add in diced meat and stir-fry.
-
Add diced carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of thirteen spices and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add a spoonful of soybean paste and a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and stir well.
-
Add a bowl of water, add peas, 1 tsp oyster sauce, a little pepper and 1 tsp sugar, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat.
-
At this point the potatoes and eggs are cooked. Mash the potatoes, peel the eggs and cut them in half. (I forgot to pat the eggs)
-
Take a small bowl, spread a layer of rice on the bottom of the bowl and flatten it, add a layer of mashed potatoes and flatten it, then spread a layer of rice on top and flatten it.
-
Place on a plate and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top.
-
At this time, the meat sauce soup is thickened and you can turn off the heat. There is a substance in shiitake mushrooms that thickens the soup, so there is no need to thicken it. This sauce contains a lot of salty things, so I didn’t add any more salt.
-
Finally, pour the meat sauce and add the eggs.
