Crispy Dumplings
Overview
Crispy dumplings are a kind of Chinese puff pastry. Traditionally, crispy dumplings are fried. In order to reduce the amount of oil, I baked the crispy dumplings in the oven. The wrapped dumplings are usually plump and cute. The skin is roasted yellow and looks very appetizing.
