There were a few salted eggs that my father brought that I didn’t eat yet, so I wrapped them with fresh meat and made them into my husband’s favorite wontons. They are very delicious. Here’s the price. Minced pork belly is 11 yuan. I already have salted eggs at home, as well as eggs. The wonton wrappers are 2 yuan, and the total cost is 13.2 yuan.

Put the minced meat in a clean small pot, mince the ginger and garlic, beat the eggs, and remove the shells of the salted eggs.

Spread a layer of flour on a cutting board to prevent the wontons from sticking. Prepare a small bowl of water and start wrapping the wontons.

After the water in the pot boils, add the wontons and wait for them to boil. Then add cold water and cook over medium-low heat until they are cooked. Be careful to stir with a slotted spoon during the process to prevent sticking to the bottom.
