Luffa and crucian carp soup

Overview

The two of us didn't like to eat the fried crucian carp that we had fried a few days ago. The remaining 4 fish were no longer crispy, so we could just use them to stew the fish soup. Wild crucian carp has firm and delicious meat, and is delicious when stewed in soup.
