Garlic edamame
Overview
Northeastern home-cooked dishes are standard with wine. Especially in the summer, it’s so refreshing to eat barbecue, drink beer, and have some edamame!

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add washed edamame, then green onions, star anise, red pepper, 2 tablespoons of salt, and a little oil. Boil over high heat for 3 minutes
