Ingredients for pie crust: flour.

Add salt and water to the flour and mix into a softer dough.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for ten minutes.

Ingredients for pie filling: pork filling, leeks.

Wash and chop leeks.

Add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, bun seasoning powder, ginger powder, and olive oil to the meat filling, and stir evenly in one direction. If the meat filling feels dry, you can add a small amount of water to adjust.

Add chopped leeks and mix well.

Add sesame oil and mix well.

Move the dough to the board, knead it slightly, and cut it into 7 small dough balls of equal size.

Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a round dough piece that is thin on all sides and thick in the middle.

Add an appropriate amount of leek and pork filling, and wrap the dough like a bun.

Turn it over and place it on the panel, pressing it slightly with the palm of your hand.

After the pan is hot, apply a little oil, put the pie dough into the pan, and fry over low heat.

After the bottom is shaped, flip it over and bake it until both sides are golden brown. Press the pie with your hands and the crust will spring back and it will be mature.
