Braised eggplant
Overview
Yesterday, after my own hard work, I am going to show off a home-cooked dish I made myself, braised eggplant. Braised eggplant is a traditional Han dish with a long history. This dish is the most exquisite among vegetarian dishes. Fresh and delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, juicy and delicious, it is a popular food. Mix cooking wine, dark soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chicken essence into a sauce

Pour a large amount of oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat; pour in the sliced eggplant pieces and fry for about 2 minutes until cooked, remove and set aside;
