Have materials ready.

Boil the edamame in a pot for 8 until cooked, remove and drain.

Wash and shred the fungus.

Pick and wash the bean sprouts.

Peel and shred the carrots, cut the peppers into sections, and crush the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add chili garlic cloves and fungus and stir-fry.

Then add edamame, bean sprouts and carrot shreds and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and soy sauce to taste and stir evenly before serving.
